| Climbing Mount Rainier from the Paradise RMI guide house at an elevation of 5,400 feet typically takes two days. On day one, the climbing parties depart the guide house to begin the ascent to Camp Muir at 10,188 feet. We began the climb under a beautiful, sunny, clear blue sky and after a few hours of plodding we were enjoying the views from Camp Muir. | |
