Throughout the afternoon and early evening rally attendees continue to trickle in, camp is established and food preparation begins. EarthRoamer is fortunate to include among our ranks Dave (a professionally trained chef who is catering the Rally). Tonight's menu takes our minds off of the bitterly cold weather and has everyone's mouths watering; grilled vegetable antipasto, grilled shrimp with garlic-Tabasco butter, Asian beef sates, chicken drumsticks, mixed grilled sausages, olive and cheese plate, fresh vegetable platter with dips and bread and crackers.
