XV-LT Living Space

The interior space is designed to be "flexible" to accommodate the needs of many types of users performing various tasks and can be quickly reconfigured depending on the task requirements. (click here to see interior photos)

The dinette seat back doubles as a flip-up granite counter, providing more than six feet of working surface.

The bench seats can be reconfigured to create a twin size bed.

The EarthRoamer® XV-LT provides more than 64 cubic feet of cabinet and locker storage space. With optional bunk cabinets installed, the total storage space can be increased to more than 75 cubic feet. This space, along with an estimated payload capacity of 2,500 pounds, enables the owner to carry supplies, gear, tools, spare parts and sporting equipment for extended trips. Unlike many RV's that have a collection of oddly sized and shaped storage areas, the EarthRoamer XV-LT features drawers and cabinet spaces that are designed to store your gear efficiently.

The doors to the wet-bath and closet are designed to be opened and latched
together to form an expanded bathroom with easy closet access.

Total interior cabinet storage space is more than 40 cubic feet (expandable to 51 cubic feet with optional bunk cabinets) providing plenty of space for all essentials. The entire interior camper back wall is comprised of two cabinets: a closet ideal for hanging clothes and a bank of lockable drawers. The rear drawers provide more than nine cubic feet of space, and the clothes closet provides over 18 cubic feet of storage. Slide out pantries provide more than five cubic feet of easily accessible storage for food and supplies, and the refrigerator/ freezer holds seven cubic feet of cold beverages and food.

Total exterior storage space is about 24 cubic feet in two separate lockable storage compartments. The back of the camper houses a 12 cubic foot outside accessible storage space for long or bulky items such as skis, fishing rods, tents, folding chairs, barbecue grills, tool boxes and inflatable kayaks. This space is approximately 84 inches wide by 20 inches tall by 12 inches deep. The door hinges at the bottom and opens to form a work surface. Within the compartment are external hot and cold shower controls ideal for washing off boots, pets and gear, or for showering at the beach. Above the long storage space is an upper locker with another 12 cubic feet of storage space.

Need more storage space? Four receiver hitches on the back of the vehicle allow the use of multiple storage devices. An optional removable aluminum tool/storage box that slides into the two outboard rear receivers can provide another 12.5 cubic feet of space. Longer, lightweight items like surfboards, kayaks and wind surfers can be carried on optional roof racks. The spare tire is a hard-mount point for heavy or bulky items such as fuel cans or mountain bikes. The Class IV receiver hitch can also accommodate bike or motorcycle carriers. The high torque rating of the diesel engine and the Class IV receiver hitch will enable you to pull a boat, ATV, horse or camping trailer weighing up to 10,000 pounds with a weight distributing hitch.
