All EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicles are sold directly from the factory and are made to order. Typical prices for completed 2008 model year EarthRoamer XV-LTs range from just over $200,000 to approximately $230,000 depending on options chosen and custom work. The wait for an EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicle depends on our order backlog, but we typically have a backlog of 3-5 months. We are expanding our capacity to shorten your wait, but we are committed to building high quality vehicles and believe our products are worth the wait.

Like many other custom manufacturers of high-end products, we typically operate on a progress payment basis, but can also offer financing to qualifying parties. Call for more details on the progress payment plan. We will assist in your purchase of the F-550 from a Ford dealer to ensure all the necessary options for an EarthRoamer upfit are correctly ordered. We can place the order for you at our preferred local Denver, Colorado dealer that will sell you a truck at dealer invoice, or you can order your truck from a dealer of your choice. The payment for the truck itself is made to the Ford dealer directly.

Tax Incentives for Business Use
On May 28, 2003, President Bush signed into law the Job and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 (JGTRRA). It provides approximately $350 billion in tax relief making it the third largest tax cut in U.S. history. JGTRRA provides significant tax incentives for the business use of trucks with a GVWR greater than 6000 pounds. The law changed in late 2004 eliminating the aggressive Section 179 depreciation for vehicles with a GVWR of 14,000 pounds or less. F-550 based EarthRoamer XVs have a 17,950 pound GVWR, so if you will be using an EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicle for business purposes, you may qualify for up to $45,000 in tax savings the first year alone! These incentives are dependent on your tax bracket and taxable income.

The Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 (TIPRA)signed by President Bush on May 17, 2006 extends the Sec. 179 changes made by JGTRRA until 2009. The expensing limit is $118,000 for 2007 and will be adjusted again for inflation for years 2008 and 2009. We encourage you to contact your accountant for specifics on your situation if you think you may qualify.

Warranty
We have chosen to use the best products we can find to build EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicles so you will be able to rely on their performance. To give you additional assurance, EarthRoamer warrants to the original purchaser of each new EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicle all EarthRoamer modifications to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from date of retail purchase or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Appliances and components included in an EarthRoamer Xpedition Vehicle carry the original manufacturer's warranty which ranges from one year to a lifetime depending on the manufacturer. The Ford Super Duty truck carries a factory warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles, and the powertrain has a 5 year/60,000 mile warranty.
